- Current and old passports.

- Nid or Birth Certificate.
- Passport/NID copy of Spouse.
- Marriage certificate / divorce certificate copy, children’s birth certificate [ if applicable ]
- Business Person: Renewed Trade license, 2 blank letterhead pages.
- Partnership: Business agreement/deed copy.
- Limited Company: Certificate of incorporation, Form 12, IRC, ERC, etc.
- Employee: NOC, salary slip, GO or note verbal.
- Student: Student ID, school leave letter.
- Business cards : Require 2
- Bank statement & solvency certificate [ last 6 months, original with bank seal & signature ] – personal & business
- FDR / Savings Certificate / Share Statement [ If available ]
- E-TIN Certificate Copy
- Income Tax Certificate Copy [ Last 3 years ]
- Asset Valuation [ Land & Buildings, if any ]
- Tourist: Invitation letter including inviter’s contact information, passport/residence ID, and proof of legal status in Indonesia.
- Business: Official invitation from the host company detailing the purpose of visit, itinerary, conference registration [ If applicable ], and contact details of involved business parties.
- Travel Health Insurance: Health insurance costs may vary according to age group.
- Submit previous visas [ if applicable ]
- Embassy Visa Fee: Around BDT 8,300 | [ $ 70 ]
