- Marriage certificate, children’s birth certificate [ if applicable ]
- Business Person: Renewed Trade license, 2 blank letterhead pages.
- Partnership: Business agreement / deed copy.
- Limited Company: Certificate of incorporation, Form 12, IRC, ERC, etc.
- Employee: NOC, salary slip, GO or note verbal.
- Student: Student ID, school leave letter.
- Business cards : Reqire 2.
- Bank statement & solvency certificate [ last 6 months, original with bank seal & signature ] – personal & business.
- Minimum balance: Tk. 100,000 [ Single ]
- Minimum balance: Tk. 150,000 [ Family ]
- Business: Host company invitation with contact details.
- Medical: Hospital invitation with treatment duration & doctor’s info.
- Submit previous E-visas Or Visas [ if applicable ]
- Tourist Visa: Tk. 5,000
