Checklist
- Current and old passports.
- Two recent color photographs [ 3.5 x 4.5 cm ] white background, no cap/sunglasses.
- Nid or Birth Certificate.
- Utility bill Copy.
- Marriage certificate / divorce certificate copy, children’s birth certificate [ if applicable ]
- Business Person: Renewed Trade license, 2 blank letterhead pages.
- Partnership: Business agreement / deed copy.
- Limited Company: Certificate of incorporation, Form 12, IRC, ERC, etc.
- Employee: Employee Identification Card, NOC, salary slip, GO or note verbal.
- Student: Student ID, school leave letter.
- Applicant’s Contact Numbers : Reqire 2
- Business cards : Reqire 2
- Bank statement & solvency certificate (last 6 months, original with bank seal & signature) – personal & business .
- Minimum balance: Tk. 1,00,000 [ Single ]
- Minimum balance: Tk.150,000 [ Family ]
Tourist: An invitation letter is not required for a tourist visa.
- Business: Host company invitation with contact details.
- Medical: Hospital invitation with treatment duration & doctor’s info.
- Submit previous Thailand and others visas [ if applicable ]
- Tourist Visa: Tk. 6,000
- Medical (Private): Tk. 7,000
- Medical (Govt.): Tk. 8,500
- Processing Time: 7–10 working days.
